If the tour cannot take place due to bad weather (rain, rough sea, etc.), you will be contacted and can either postpone the date or receive a full refund. In case of delays from ferry companies, we cannot guarantee our service. In case of breakdowns or technical issues on board, the trip will be canceled for safety reasons and you will be entitled to a full refund. We do not offer refunds for travel expenses to the Tremiti Islands. Management declines any responsibility for malfunctions caused by accidental damage to onboard equipment.
